Isis Cassidy
Reason: So... this was really hard for me. I like quite a few of her OCs, so I chose one that I knew more about. That basically contested it between Mieko and Isis. Considering Mieko is awesome, I figured Isis deserved more attention. First off I adore her character design, especially the color choice next to the colors of Shitenhouji. Then there is the fun mix of her heritage, along with the amusing little anecdote I was told about having to tell people the meaning of her name.
